Begging for Jelly

Will someone tell mommy to please not cook me dinner anymore because I will not eat it. All I want is a piece of bread with jelly and some fritos-thanks daddy.

Today

Check out the hats I found today in daddy's closet. I have no idea where he plans to wear these hats or where they even came from (he says he wore them for Halloween ...Two??) but I found them now and they are Layla's. I love to put them on and walk around the bedroom in them.







This is me watching my favorite show Caillou today. Mommy was trying to get me to take a nap.



These are pictures of me while mommy and I were playing this game where I leaned forward into her and basically fell on her! The games we create when I am tired are the best!






Today mommy, daddy, and I went to eat for lunch and then went to the Galleria. I played on the indoor playground for a little bit when I saw a lady with a box of popcorn and I just couldn't stop staring at me. The lady noticed and gave me some of her popcorn. The lady told my mommy that she bought the popcorn at a store where they have a puppet show so mommy went and bought my own popcorn. I really love popcorn-but not as much as pizza!

Waiting for daddy to get home

These are pictures of me Thursday night waiting for my daddy to come home. He was coming home with pizza and then Damian and Sharia came over. I made Sharia my new mommy for the night and wanted to be around her.

While we were outside waiting on daddy mommy pointed out the moon and told me about it. I now know what it is and point to it and say "moon," "Layla's moon" and "sky" because I know that they all go together.

Temper Tantrums

Last night mommy asked me what I wanted for dinner again and my answer was "cheese and corn." This request seemed a little strange to my mommy and it is the second time I have asked for this for dinner!

Mommy thinks I may be entering the terrible twos because I have been throwing quite a bit of temper tantrums lately if I don't get my way. I either will lightly hit my mommy, daddy, or Lala which puts me in time out (sometimes mommy catches me smiling during this in the corner of her eye) and sometimes I just cry really loud if I don't get my way and throw myself on the floor. If mommy walks away I get right up and chase her and want her to hold me.

I do not like my parents ever playing the wii or talking to eachother at dinner. I want all of the attention and if I don't get it I do things to make sure that I do. :)

Last night I chased Bookie around again with the feather toy-and when I woke up this morning I wanted to go find her again. I bet she will be really happy when I stop doing this.

Pizza

Mommy worked from home today and when she asked what I wanted for lunch I said "pizza!" It has been raining outside today so I have been playing with Laura inside. Laura taught me how to do a "cheers" with my cup in Spanish-I am doing it in the video below. Mommy asked Laura to write down the words I know in Spanish because she needs to catch up to me! I am learning so much so fast!
