A video from today

Sunday

Today I went over to my nana and papa's house and played. I went to lunch with mommy and nana. I came home and daddy cooked me dinner and then mommy gave me a bath. After my bath I put on my new Dallas Cowboy's Cheerleading outfit and waited for the game to start with daddy.

Mommy saw this little toy at nana's house and she thought it looked like daddy. She told me it was daddy and I called it daddy all day. On the way home I tried to feed my dada water from my sippy cup and later tried to give him a nilla wafer.

Waffles

I got to see Jymme this weekend! We went over to her house on Friday night and I had so much fun visiting her and the dogs.

Saturday morning we woke up and daddy made waffles! They were so good. Mommy and I walked to the park and played for a while. After all of that fun my nana came to babysit while mommy and daddy went to the SMU game. I did not cry once while mommy and daddy were gone. I also sat on Beauji and tried to ride her and I was laughing while I was doing it. I am so silly sometimes!

Talking more

I have been really talking in the last two days and mommy caught it on video. I keep saying something about my babies!

Thinking of Gigi and Fran

I just wanted to send a quick message out to Gigi and Fran and say I have been thinking of you and I hope you are doing ok. I can't wait to see you again but it looks like it may be a little longer now unless you come to Dallas. I hope your house, car, boat, etc are ok and most important I hope you and your families are doing well. Mommy has been watching the news a lot and listens for Montgommery County and Navasota. My papa is still without electricity and I bet you are too.

Today mommy came home from work and took a few pictures of me. Do you like my hair? Laura does crazy things with my hair still. Mommy is going to have to tell her not to do this when I start going to school.

Today Laura (who I call La La) took me to the park to see my friends. La La says that I love to wave to all of the kids when they walk by at the school. She says that I say "hi" to them when they walk by and they say how cute I am.

It was a little cool this morning so I wore a long sleeved shirt for the first time in a while. Mommy had to go buy some fall clothes for me. She came home with all kinds of cute things and I was really excited when I saw it all.

Daddy had a present for me too. Daddy bought me a pink tent that hangs from the ceiling and he put it up in my room today. Mommy will take a picture of it tomorrow for you to see. I love this tent so much-I even put my babies in the tent.

My babies are doing well and I lined them up all day. I also fed them ice, wrapped them in my blankets, and talked to them. In fact-I took 3 babies with me today to the park. They sat next to me on the way there in my stroller.

Understanding Spanish

This morning mommy came in the kitchen to find me sitting in my highchair like this. I was eating my favorite thing - Ice. I was sharing my ice with my baby-then eating it myself. In the video below you can see me with my baby. Mommy took a video of Laura asking me to show my hair, ears, eyes, hands, etc in Spanish.

My babies

I started doing a few new things this weekend. I said the word sticker. I also almost said Whitney at lunch today. I started carrying around my small stuffed animals and dolls that I call "babies." I like to hold them all and walk around and put them on a step or on a stair and sit next to them. I also sat two of them down at my table and pushed in their chairs for them so they could sit there and look at eachother!

Tonight I found the drawer in my room with all of the folded up blankets. It was like Christmas finding that drawer. I pulled a lot of those blankets up and wrapped my babies up in them and carried them around. Mommy came over to shut that drawer and I was able to grab one last one..I am fast! When mommy told me that I had enough out and not to take anymore - I threw a little fit. Mommy distracted me and I forgot all about it.
