Happy Da Da Day!

I know I am a day late but Happy Da Da Day! I gave my Da Da (the best Da Da in the world) my present and card and then we went to brunch with my Grand Poo and Nana. What fun! I wore my cute little bee dress that Gigi bought me. We had a great time and I yelled DA DA across the room everytime my mommy or daddy left the table.






I have so much to catch you up on.

Da Da took me to my first swim lesson on Saturday. He dressed me and took me up there and we had a great time. I went down a slide all by myself and put my head under the water a few times. They put me on a raft and sang a little song to me while waving bye-I had a good time and I can't wait to go next weekend and mommy promises she will go too and take some pictures for me to post here.

Ma ma had to work all weekend at her X Fighters event so Nana watched me one night. Nana told Ma Ma that I kissed my baby dolls, hugged them, held them up and patted their backs, and did all kinds of cute little things. I even try to feed my baby dolls with a bottle.

I know a few words.

Baby (Ma ma says "where is your baby?" and I go find a baby doll and pick it up)

Book (Da Da tells me to go get a book and I go pick one out and come back for him to read to me.)

Awa (Water in Spanish-I will walk over to the counter where the bottles are in the kitchen and look up and say Awa and that means that I want a sippy cup of water.)

I am starting to put my own shoes on but have not mastered it yet! I also try to put mommy and daddy's shoes on my feet.

I love to play with cars and I say Vrrooommm when I push them.

I point to my eye and can say eye.

I love to chase people around and I like to get chased too. I really like it when someone chases me and I get tickled. Sometimes I will run out of a room and stop and wait to make sure someone is chasing me. If they don't do it I come right back.

I like to roll balls and I have even learned how to kick.

I love hot dogs! Mommy bought a package of them and daddy and I ate them all in one week.

Mommy dressed me up in my SMU t shirt that daddy bought me. It is too big so this was my first time to wear it. Mommy wanted me to wear it on Father's Day. I am holding my lacrosse stick that mommy bought me a few months ago. I think seeing me in this shirt with the lacrosse shirt made daddy really happy! He smiled every time he looked at me.

Hugs, Tantrums, and my new potty.

Mommy bought me a potty. This is me sitting on it in the hallway. I don't really know why mommy and daddy were getting so excited every time I sat on it but they did.

Tonight mommy cooked while I played with pots, spoons, boxes, an empty plastic bottle and my dolls. I put my baby doll in the pot and stirred it around and covered it with a blanket.

I am really not that sure what I am doing in this picture.

My new thing is to hug or lay a blanket on the floor just right and lay on it and smile. Mommy caught me in the act doing it a few times today.




I have been throwing temper tantrums. Mommy caught a few of these on camera today too.

Mommy is going to be busy this week preparing for X Fighter's so let's hope daddy helps me with my blog this week.

Day at the Children's Museum

Today mommy and daddy took me to lunch, to a toy store, and then to the Dallas Children's Museum. I really love this place! The picture below was me playing with my favorite toys. I hope mommy and daddy get me something like this one day with these little wooden people. I kept taking them off of the table and walking around with them.

Next I visited the farm. Daddy and I milked a cow!

I like playing in the sand. This was my first time.

I went down this slide about 6 times. I loved it!

I still have water on me from the water room.

Today will be sunny and windy...90 degrees!

Man I wanted to ride this so bad! Maybe next time?

After the Children's Museum we came home and mommy and I went swimming. Did I tell you that I start swimming lessons On June 14th? Mommy is really glad I am going to start now because I have become quite the little dare devil in the pool. After swimming mommy gave me a bath and we went to dinner. Dinner was fun and I took my new purse which I love because I have a bright pink fake cell phone that I love to get out and throw on the floor.

After dinner mommy put me to bed. I am fast asleep. I had a pretty busy day. I can't wait to see what is in store for me tomorrow!

The pool isn't so scary anymore!

I am not as scared to get in the pool now. In fact-I think I like it. I start swimming lessons on the 14th this month. I am so excited. The last time we went to Emler to check it out-I cried when I had to leave.

Did I tell you that I can say Baby and I know it means my doll? I like to take my doll and kiss her and put her on the floor and lay on her and hug her. I pick her up again and kiss her. I am such a love bug.

This morning I was in bed with mommy and daddy and gave my parents a lot of kisses!

Watching the Cosmo Show.

Mommy and daddy let me watch the Cosmo show. Cosmo was dancing and I really liked the music so I swayed a little while watching him dance.








I now can say Baby!

Mommy is home!
