Too cute!

I walked into the living room this morning and I saw this! How cute! I almost tried it the other day but was not sure if Layla would be able to do it...but it looks like she can and is quite happy up there! Laura was walking around the house with Layla on her shoulders.

I guess it takes a while for babies to adjust to day light savings time? Layla woke up at 4 am this morning. I went to her room to check on her and she was crying so I put her in bed with me and fed her and we slept in until about 6 am. Laura arrived for work at 7 am and I went back to bed to get one more hour of sleep. I was pretty exhausted from being at Nascar all day yesterday.

I came home from work today and was so happy to hang out with Layla again. A day seems like an eternity! Really... It does for me. Laura had her walking around the house again when I came home with a blanket wrapped under her arms to help her stand up. Layla had a big smile on her face while she was walking around. It was too cute!

I walked into the living room to find Layla standing at the coffee table. Don was helping her but I think she will be able to do it alone in no time.

Eating Mail.

Every day when I get home Layla and I take a little walk to the mailbox to get the mail. I usually open something and give her the envelope to play with. Today she ate my paycheck envelope. I can't do it anymore because I found a part of it on the roof of her mouth... Not good!

Running in circles.

I don't know when this started but when I came home today and put Layla in her walker she started going in circles like crazy!

Layla's New Shoes

This week was the most exhausting week of my life. Thank god it is Friday and I don't have to work tomorrow! I do have Nascar on Sunday...I will be sure to take pictures of that for you to see. LOL
