Our Little Snapshot of 2008.....
January
I get my first curls, pull myself up and stand all over the house, get teeth, I put my hand to my mouth and make funny noises, eat Nila wafers for the first time, I start feeding the dogs from my highchair, and I start playing with dolls. I am 29.5 inches long (97%), 21 lbs and 9 oz (90%) and my head is 17 14/16" (85%)
February
I have 4 teeth, I go to Chuck E Cheese for the first time, I go to Austin for the first time for Dad's marathon, I start clapping to the song "If you are happy and you know it", and dancing!
March
I start to take a few steps by myself, I am getting my 5th tooth, I start copying phrases that my parents say like "kick, kick, kick", I said goodbye to my 16 year old cat - Kizzy, I celebrated my first Easter, I saw my grandpa for the second time, I went from a size 4 to a size 5 in shoes, I am still learning how to walk, and I go down my first slide.

April
I turn 1, put my mom's flip flops on my feet, learn how push a button on my rollercoaster to skip songs to get to the song I like, I start playing peek a boo with my blanket and laugh so hard when daddy makes faces when the blanket comes off of his head, I start walking alone, I learn how to get off of the couch alone, start throwing temper tantrums, get my 6th tooth, start kissing my dolls, and these are my doctor stats:

May
My mommy and daddy both had birthdays, I started to be a daddy's girl, I found my belly button, I started to give kisses to my parents, I say Beauji, cheese, mama, dada, bye, and Belly Button, I got my first American Girl dolls-Twins, I made up the joke with mommy about my cup foot-I still do this sometimes, I spend a lot of weekends in the pool with mommy, and we celebrate Mother's Day for the second time.
June
I started taking Swim classes for the first time at Emler, I started trying to use the potty, I learned how to twirl when I hear "ring around the rosey", I started having tea parties with my dolls and pretending to go to work in my pink car, I started patting my babies and the remote control on the back and calling them my babies, I celebrated Father's Day, I say "awa" for water, and "vrroooom" when playing with my cars,
July

I discovered that grapes were really good, I can say hat and pool, I went to see my grandpa for the 3rd time for the 4th of July and then went to visit Gigi and Raul, Damian and Sharia, and I am walking around much more now!
August
Cosmo came to see us, I hurt my eye by falling on a step in the living room and had to get stitches, I went to my first circus, I got a Jack in the box and started copying it by squatting down and then standing up and saying "boo!", I am chasing the cat with a feather toy, and doing things like taking off my clothes outside and jumping into the pool on a whim!
September
I went on a trip with mommy and daddy to Scottsdale for their anniversary, I can say ice, watermelon, golf cart, doggy, cookie, gracias, and cracker, my favorite thing to do is to eat ice, went to my first SMU football game, went to San Anonio and went to my first drive through wildlife park.
October
I weigh 27.5 pounds 85%
I am 34.5 tall 95%
I went to the Texas State Fair for the 1st time, I got my first haircut-where they cut my bangs, I have a group of friends at the park in the neighborhood that I play with, I went to the Pumpkin Patch and picked out my pumpkins, I went to see my grandpa again, and went to a Halloween Party at Royal Oaks where I danced a lot. My costume was a fairy. On Halloween we went trick or treating in the neighborhood and I rode around in my red wagon.
November
I can walk up the stairs by myself now, I saw Gigi, Sharia, Raul, Damian, Nana, Papa, Cosmo, Aunt Heather, and Neil for Thanksgiving-what fun that was! I had my picture taken with Santa at the Mall. After Thanksgiving I said goodbye to my highchair because I would not sit in it anymore.
December
I moved to a size 7 in my shoes, still wear a 2T but may be going to 3T soon, saw Santa for the second time, and can now say over 100 words in English and Spanish. I had an amazing Christmas. So many things have changed in one year-and 2008 was a very good year. Time has flown by so fast and I will work hard to keep all of the new details of my life in 2009 updated for you here!
